Operations Manager and Teacher

Hi everyone, so glad you’re here visiting us!

I am an interdisciplinary artist and aspiring curandera. My roots run deep in South Florida and Nicaragua’s Pacific coast. Currently you can find me in Wamponoag and Narragansett lands or so called Providence, RI cultivating my healing journey and art practice. I started teaching at KidsArts in 2018 and am most known for my fiber arts classes and am hoping to bring more wellness and bilingual based programming. I strive to help children build confidence, patience, and healthy relationships to feelings through art. I am also the operations manager and have learned how to make a mean, powerful spreadsheet to organize your entire life. 

Outside of work you can find me listening to audio books while weaving or basket making, incorporating food as medicine into my everyday, dreaming of potlucks, and getting herbalism education into prisons!
