We can practice radical imagination together. I’m pretty sure practicing radical imagination is the key to the city, so to speak. You know what I mean. My name is Tim and I’ve been lucky enough to be teaching at Kids Arts since the Fall of 2019. It’s honestly felt like an eternity but I mean that in the most endearing way possible. The doors to Kids Arts are undoubtedly a portal to some alternate dimension where freedom and curiosity are encouraged to blossom/mutate organically and in good humor. If you’ve visited during the hours of operation, you know what I mean. What a blessing to learn and grow in such a vibrant and talented community of artists.

In the spirit of radical imagination, my art practice has been largely amorphous and completely uncommitted to one modality. I am formally trained in painting, sound design, and video production - lately i’m playing with clay. I’m a firm advocate for kinesthetic learning, asking a million questions, and holding space for failure and joy.
